Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM in our local time zone. For out-of-town deliveries, please contact us directly to check availability.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary based on location. The exact fee will be calculated during checkout. Claremont NH is $10, all other areas are $10 plus, remember this fee is for both ways, there and back to the shop.

Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Absolutely! You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Changes can be made before your order is delivered by calling the shop. Please contact us as soon as possible to accommodate any modifications to your order.

Can I choose specific flowers for my bouquet?

Certainly! We offer custom bouquets where you can select your preferred flowers. We recommend calling us for flower availability of whats in the shop for the time of delivery. If you would like specific flowers we don't normally care placing your order two weeks in advance is highly recommended.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day through our website, or via over the phone. Phone orders are the way if you have very specific needs or time requests. 

Can I leave special delivery instructions?

Yes, you can provide special delivery instructions during checkout over the phone, such as preferred delivery times or specific directions. This may cost more depending on times and holidays.

Do you offer standing orders?

Yes, we offer standing monthly or yearly, orders for birthdays, anniversary and just because for regular deliveries. Contact us to set up a plan that suits your needs and then you'll never forget.

Are there any specific restrictions for sending flowers to a hospital?

Some hospitals have policies regarding the types of flowers allowed (such as no strong scents or certain flowers). We suggest confirming with the hospital and informing us of any restrictions when placing your order. Hospitals are hot and don't have a lot of space in the rooms keep this in mind when placing your order.
